• All information provided for the consultations is held in strictest confidence and is not shared with anyone outside of Insideout. Any photographs provided by post will be returned to you, unless otherwise discussed. All information provided through the questionnaire is secure and solely used for the purposes of the consultation.
  We provide a secure shopping environment. We appreciate your business and we respect and guard your privacy. In order to complete your order or to satisfy your request for information, you will be asked to provide certain personal information. Safeguards are in place to ensure the security and privacy of your information. We use authorize.net for our merchant gateway, and



• Consumer Agreement
• We guarantee all our products and consultations to be fully as described and that consultations or e-products are conducted or prepared by Sarah Whittaker, also known as The Wardrobe Shrink, unless clearly stated. We guarantee to provide the materials detailed in our product information pages. We also guarantee that your shopping experience will be a secure and enjoyable one. If your consultation is substandard in any way, please contact me.
  
  All internet bookings are automated and immediately received by Insideout Profiling. For the Image Consultations, the client immediately will receive a copy receipt with details for how to proceed with a link to the welcome page for their consultation, including a link to a questionnaire and photograph requirements. All clients are contacted within three days of returning the questionnaire to arrange the telephone consultation. Should Sarah be away on business, an assistant will contact the client on her behalf, otherwise a message will be sent to notify the client of any time delay should there be one. For the e-products, a download file and directions are automatically sent to the client upon booking.



• Return Policy
• We stand behind every product or consultation we provide. If you are not absolutely pleased with your purchase - for any reason - we will be happy to make an exchange or refund the purchase price. Simply notify us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you. For e-products, we trust the integrity of the client to delete the e-product from their computer files if they are refunding the product. For Image Consultations, we ask the client to return all colour swatches, documentation and anything else provided as part of the service by postal service to: Insideout Profiling, 912 Cherokee Drive, Waycross, GA 31501, USA.
